Alexis M. Pelosi serves as Strategy Lead for the Housing Multiplier Project. She is a land use, environmental and development law attorney with nearly two decades of experience in state and federal land use matters. She formerly served as the Senior Advisor for Climate at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) integrating climate resilience, energy efficiency and renewable energy across the Department. Alexis currently serves as a Senior Advisor to Berkeley School of Law’s Center for Law, Energy and Environment (CLEE), a Strategic Advisor for the Built Environment at The Resiliency Company, a Fiscal Resilience Fellow at California Forward and is an advisor to the Urban Land Institute’s (ULI) Urban Resilience Program.
